Pete Hosier is three things;
A Great LD, A Grest production manager, but most importantly, a Great Person.
I have known Pete for over 10 years and it is always a pleasure to speak to him, or work with him.
Pete has been working for Madness for a number of years and carries out the duties as LD and PM with excellence, and true professionalism, never letting one get in the way of the other – a rare skill indeed.
As an LD he is creative, inspirational and has wonderful delivery, not only to the Band but also, the audience as well.
As a PM he is there from load-in to load-out, always on hand to ensure that the job is done to his and the productions / managements requirements.
As a person, there are few better. He is like a big brother to his crew, there for them at all times, but also able to tell them if they step out of line. That said, he has a wonderful rapport with those around him, and is just the sort of guy that every tour needs. Honest, hard working but with a great sense of fun and humour.
I would gladly pick Pete for any tour I was on, and recommend him to anyone who asked. He is a top guy, and a credit to his profession.
And , who knows, possibly award winning………
Andy Franks- Multi award winning Tour Manager

As a Production Manager, Pete Hosier is hands down one of the best people any TM would want at their side. Period.
In my 25 years of touring Pete is very much my first call whenever I need a PM with me on the road.
His organisational skills, work ethic, creative eye & personable manner are just a few of the many reasons.
We have worked together in many high stress (no sleep) situations, from small clubs and (seemingly impossible) promo situations, right up to worldwide headline arena level, many times with very demanding artists.
Pete takes it all in his stride & ALWAYS makes sure the show happens to a pro standard no matter what the situation.
His calming influence on the road & ability to have the touring crew pulling together in the same direction is also great asset and a very welcome / helpful plus to the touring environment.
Did I mention he also has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the best Falafel shops in any city worldwide? Always a plus!
IF, however you get into a game of ‘Catch the Peanut in your Mouth’ make sure you have witnesses or pictures to prove you won otherwise it may haunt you for over 20 years hahaha!! PS….I won!.
